I learned about Andre Barrett through my mother who listens to the radio program every weekend. I was already working with a realtor which i was in to far with them. The selling process was terrible and I did not want to purchase with them. At this point I'm feeling stressed and reached out to Mr. Barrett he spoke to me on 2-3 different occasions and asked if i can come in to speak with one of his realtor. Andre and his team helped me sell my home in September after I received a job transfer from South Florida to Texas. Buying or selling a home can be a VERY stressful process. However, Andre and his team took care of everything which was a big help, as I had other things to focus on. I was initially impressed with Andre because he did not come in being pushy and aggressive as I'd previously experienced. His entire presentation, handouts, etc was simply about how he could help me with my sell. He even provided firsthand knowledge of working with my HOA and I was very impressed by that. I had the opportunity to attend The Barrett Group’s 1st Time Home Buyer Class on October 19, 2019. It was held at Total Wine in Coral Springs, FL. It was a lovely location and along with the class, we were provided samples of delicious wine and yummy snacks. The information that was provided to those in attendance was invaluable and methodically structured with the presentations given. There were various professionals providing information ranging from mortgage lending, credit repair, insurance, inspections, etc. I was so incredibly impressed that I decided to work with Andre and his team on making my home buying dream a reality!
